Job Description

The Customer Success team is responsible for understanding customer requirements, onboarding new customers, driving adoption, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

In this role you will be:

  • Building relationships with our clients across the EMEA region to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Helping our customers to flawlessly operate the Guardicore platform while ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their life cycle
  • Ensuring Guardicore customer success while maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with Guardicore
  • Working remotely with our customers with the ability to travel on-site when required

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management
  • Have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises on-premises or in the cloud
  • Be a native Italian speaker
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have high communication and presentation skills
  • Have an excellent spoken & written English
