Planning & tracking project from Design to execution, develops estimation for new projects and other support activities.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track actuals vs. planned budget and manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Maintain and update ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion) throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
Ensure technical feasibility of solutions by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular demos in Agile/Scrum environments.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Manage the resources allocated to the project with tasks and ensure delivery of project with high quality.
Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key clients.
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Build and expand client relationships.
Skills required
Proven work experience in product management or business analysis.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and technology trends.
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to clients.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Education and experience
4–7 years of relevant experience in a reputed firm
