Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
Experience working with Sales, Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in project management along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of product and pitching performance solutions across a sales organization or understanding of the GCS organisation and how to activate sellers on product solutions.
Ability to take complex topics and simplify to different audiences from senior level executives to managers, sellers via one-on-one/one-to-many format.
Ability to communicate fluently in English to interact with the business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving, with the ability to work on complex operational initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and technical skills (e.g., Spreadsheets, SQL, Dashboard building).
