DESCRIPTION

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.Key job responsibilities
• Influence strategy for Amazon Kuiper with specific focus on Mobile Network Operators in APJ
• Curious to learn in depth about both technology and our customers

• Experience working in start-up mode building or supporting products and services from the ground up.
• Implement business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Amazon Kuiper product and engineering teams, legal, support)
• Manage complex contract negotiations and complex business requirements and activities which deliver results.
• Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
• Action-oriented, detailed programmatic approach to implement complex programs and strategic initiatives with customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience working in a business development role preferably with Mobile Network Operators in APJ
• Extensive sales experience and customer-facing skills to interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical background to easily interact with software developers, network engineers and solution architects
• Extensive experience in one or more of the following industries: Space Satellite or Telecommunication network technology and commercial frameworks


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Mobile Network Operators
• Experience with Satellite communication or Satellite Operations.
• Experience defining and driving complex program initiatives with customers
• Be able to understand and articulate the business value & technical overview.
