Senior Product Manager - Mainframe Software Testing and QA

We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our industry-leading mainframe software testing and QA products. In this role, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and ideation to execution and market launch.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute the product vision and roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to refine and prioritize requirements.
• Leverage your DevOps and SDLC expertise to inform product development.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to guide improvements.
• Lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
• Nurture customer relationships throughout the sales cycles and beyond in a cadence to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on software testing and QA tools.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and growth in the software industry.
• Deep knowledge of mainframe (z/OS) technology, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with user research and UX principles.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and product improvement.
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Certified Product Manager or Product Owner.
