- 7 years of experience in partner development, sales, business strategy, agreement advisory, and execution in the media and entertainment content industry.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or a related field.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Ability to partner effectively across a complex global matrixed organization and align multiple cross-functional executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
