What you’ll build
The Role:
• Unique opportunity to develop a Foundation Model on structured business data.
• Design and implement scalable pipelines and models, address open challenges and lead project workstreams.
• Conduct experiments and perform rigorous evaluations to measure the performance and effectiveness of the developed models.
• Spearhead engineering and architecture efforts to move model experiments into production
• Work with large scale tabular enterprise data, optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of Deep Learning, Foundational Models, and Generative AI
What you bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines. PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of related professional experience incl. 3+ years hands-on experience with Machine Learning on structured/tabular enterprise data such as in the ERP or CRM domain.
• Experience with implementing data preprocessing pipelines for relational structured data
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in the context of structured data. Experience with Foundation Models, Transformer Models, or Deep Learning with their application in a business context.
• Software engineering excellence in Python and proven experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams
