1st shift (United States of America)An entry level Analyst role with responsibilities in working with Client data management and operational duties. The duties of this position involve rote and repeating duties but require precision and accuracy. While there is an expectation of working independently there will be additional supervision given to this role to help complete tasks and develop skills. This is a multi-incumbent position.


Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Works independently and assumes responsibility for data for assigned Clients.
2. Works with new Clients and Open Enrollment processes to accurately establish accounts.
3. Manages payroll data provided by Employers and reconciles with accounts with accompanying deposits.
4. Document customer contact completely within Client management system.
5. Coordinates activities and problem solves with Treasury function.7. Provides reviews of Peer's work, as appropriate.
8. Ensure all business results (quality, production, and time service) meet standards.
9. Maintain daily Client management functions in system applications, as required.
10. Keep abreast of system functionality, industry related regulations as it pertains to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), §125, §132, HSAs and COBRA as appropriate.
11. Maintain daily Client management functions in system applications, as required.
12. Provide Client reporting as appropriate including communications regarding service related issues.
13. Audit to determine pertinent account issues and perform resolution.
14. Works on projects as assigned.
15. Support overall MEBS revenue and retention goals.

1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience
2. Several years of experience working with large system record keeping platforms
3. Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
5. Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters
6. Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude at all times
7. Able to utilize Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
8. Ability to analyze large datasets; an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
