RESPONSIBILITIES Main responsibility for this position is to develop & maintain the system/subsystem hardware required for Fire Alarm Control Panels requiring expertise in analog and digital circuit design. SPECIFIC TASKS INCLUDE:

• Develop hardware design and testing of panels, loop cards, etc with adherence to cybersecurity
• Effort estimation, planning, technically manage external consultants and suppliers
• Maintain know how on applicable industrial FIRE standards
• Interact with marketing/offering/PO to define and clarify System requirements
• Support the manufacturing with best practices for product introduction
• Generate innovative Ideas, Visit customers as part of OVOC (observational Voice of Customer) activities
• Investigate complex customer issues as required
• Lead and mentor the team where required

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering with specialization in hardware design.
• Experience in Hardware design & development using various microcontroller platforms
• Experience in designing EMI/EMC compliant circuits including power supply, charging circuits etc
• Deep understanding on different communication protocols like Ethernet, CAN, SPI, RS422, RS485
• Good understanding and experience in taking the product through the development life cycle in to manufacturing and launch
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to travel worldwide ca. 20%
