Contribute to the development of a Tampa Bay Region Market Strategy that delivers leading-edge technology solutions for our clients while also actively diversifying and expanding our client base.
Mentor and support junior staff in the local and regional water group.
Here's what you'll need
- B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline.
- 10 to 15+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience with Water/Wastewater treatment design, conveyance projects, and municipal consulting.
- Progressive experience leading/overseeing small to large treatment projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations.
- Attributes that include good oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem solving, and a strong organizational approach.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.
- Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.
Ideally, here’s what you will also have
- Strong network with Tampa-Bay Region municipalities.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience with alternative delivery projects including CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build.
