Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Characterization of next generation state-of-the artsemiconductor reticleinspection products. This includes designing test plans, collecting data, performing analysis, publishing results and recommendations in the form of applications notes and best known methods.
Customer Support: Product value demonstration during beta testing, head-to-head (H2H) and tools in the ramp phase, thereby enabling product penetration/adoption at customer facilities. This includes investigating semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and providing inspection solutions; creating & sharing product value statements and use-cases with engineering, marketing and sales groups; training customers and other applications engineers.
Use-case Demos: Conduct new tool demonstrations to showcase tool performance and develop use cases to help drive tool sales.
Worldwide travel (on average 10-20%) is required to support inspection products at customer sites.
Qualifications
Candidate must have MS in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Ability to perform complexdata/image analysisusing combination of Excel, Matlab, Python, JMP or other data-analysis tools.
A background in Applications Engineering in ICprocessing/Semiconductorequipment strongly desirable.
A background in Systems Engineering, demonstrated by relevant coursework or work experience, is a plus. Systems Engineering implies multi-disciplinary knowledge-base (mechanical, electrical, optics theory, software)
Must have excellentcommunication, organizational,analytical, and interpersonalskills. Candidatewill be required to frequently present results to internal as well as external customers.
Candidate must be self-driven, and a strong team player.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree with work experience of 0 year, Bachelor's Level Degree with work experience of 1 year
