Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team( e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

Experience in software development, solution architecture, application maintenance, Transformation Programs from a payment Industry
Capable of assisting with the design of solutions and mentoring other Leads / Developers
Has experience delivering solutions and architecture leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies.
Organized and prepared to manage multiple parallel pieces of work
Develops technology road maps, while keeping up to date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies.
Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing the overall systems design and the associated components.
Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
Provides integrated systems planning and recommends innovative technologies that will enhance the current system.
Acts as an advisor or mentor to junior team members.
Have led a software organization through transformation from legacy on premise applications to microservices based applications in the cloud.
Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
Impacts the architecture function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services.

Qualifications:
8+ years experience in management within Technology organization
8+ years relevant experience in Software Development Life Cycle
8 + years hands-on architecture experience on all part of SDLC - application development, application deployment, application test, performance testing,
6+ years experience and proficient in Java, Spring Boot and reacting programming.
6+ years experience in RESTful APIs
6+ years experience in database like Oracle, Mongo DB
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize work and share with business stakeholders.
Ability to develop working relationships with other architects and IT application managers.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
