Key responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure growth opportunities on the targeted markets; build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities by leveraging industry connections and market insights.
Key skills and qualification:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development within industrial automation,energy, or related sectors. Deep knowledge of the energy and sustainability, renewable energy, utilities, midstream, upstream and specialty chemicals markets.
Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation markets.
Experience in selling solutions, including software and cybersecurity.
Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills both in English and Italian
Experience working in an international environment, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
