Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sales including data analysis, spreadsheets/analysis and creating C-level presentations.
- Experience in Cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and operate with limited guidance, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to tenaciously propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.
- Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
