  • The Digital Channel Senior Analyst is a professional role that manages email execution and workflow for Sales Force Marketing Cloud programs.
  • Must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions and manage campaign/project timelines.
  • Manage customer expectations and program scope by working closely with stakeholders and other internal partners as appropriate.
  • Requires an understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the email channel as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the email channel and overall business.
  • Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required.

The role’s purpose is to:

  • Drive the onboarding and testing of Sales Force Marketing Cloud email campaigns, channel integrations and data flows.
  • Be the point of contact for questions related to the email channel and Sales Force Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Drive standardization across lines of business when applicable
  • Have oversight over the end-to-end campaign build operational process with the expectation to find efficiencies, drive speed to market and define governance processes.
  • Report on campaign results versus expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison with the Marketing Program Managers, Channel Partners and vendor development team to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful program completion.
  • Participate in daily marketing program scrums
  • Review marketing requests and delegate responsibility across channel delivery team and resources.
  • Manage the email campaign build process end-to-end, including day-to-day activities working with delivery and marketing teams and ensure that delivery is within stand process and agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor the day-to-day delivery of email campaigns, data exports, campaign summary reports etc.
  • Consistently look for opportunities to shorten the execution process, thus adding speed to market

Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer Science, information systems, computer engineering or equivalent degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working within Financial Industry
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred, specifically with Journey builder
  • Strong business acumen and analytic ability with capability of identifying business trends and opportunities and problem solving skills

  • Ability to communicate systems capabilities to non-technical partners.
  • Able to be independent and a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
