As a Market and Product Expansion Associate inCross-Currency Payments, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.
Job responsibilities
  • Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Assists in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets
  • Understands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release
  • Follows and assists with the development of the product’s risk and compliance model
  • Identifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes
  • Assists in developing and executing a communication plan
  • Assists in maintaining, and developing a sales friendly product roadmap that enable sales to successfully understand and commercialize our product offering
  • Maintains working relationships with stakeholders across distinct functions
  • Partners with Marketing to support global and regional Marketing plans/efforts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • An effective collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to align various cross-functional stakeholders
