Job Description

Machine Learning and Deep Learning:
  • Proficiency in ML algorithms and concepts such as classification, clustering, and regression.
  • Expertise in deep-learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow).
  • Experience with neural networks, CNNs/RNNs, LSTMs, GANs, etc.
Programming Languages:
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python based tech stacks and automation.
  • Experience with data manipulation and automation libraries.
Data Engineering:
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Natural Language Processing:
  • Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, BERT).
  • Understanding of text processing, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.
  • Cloud Platforms:
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Software Development:
  • Experience in NLP development and designing/prototyping architecture for AI, and building AI-embedded tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Mathematics and Statistics:
  • Foundation in probability and statistics.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts to solve complex problems.
Algorithm Design and Optimization:
  • Experience in designing and optimizing algorithms for performance and scalability.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques and heuristics.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools based on AI-driven content.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Project Management:
  • Experience managing AI projects from conception to deployment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Educational Qualifications:
  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Work Experience:
  • Several years of experience in AI/ML development roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying AI models in production environments.
Publications and Contributions:
  • Publications in reputable AI/ML conferences or journals (optional but beneficial).
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects (optional but beneficial).
AI/ML Certifications:
  • Certifications from recognized institutions or platforms (e.g., Coursera, edX, Udacity) in AI/ML.
Cloud Certifications:
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
