- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management with a focus on US public sector assurance work, security, audit, compliance, or risk management.
- Active Secret (or Top Secret) security clearance and experience working in a cleared environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other FedRAMP/DoD-related certifications.
- Experience in areas such as large-scale program management, change management, communication strategy, and Program manager generalist work.
- Experience navigating FedRAMP authorization processes, including documentation, coordination with 3PAOs, and agency requirements.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, DoD security requirements (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, DFARS), and other relevant public sector regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
