EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive software delivery experience and cloud operations experience, spanning across strategic account management, business development, global operations, commercialization, and customer success
Strong knowledge on SAP Cloud portfolio and offerings with experience in global delivery execution
Demonstrated experience in managing delivery teams within an ITIL framework with a key focus on SLA adherence, continuous improvement and account upsell/expansion
Experience with executing transition to support processes
Demonstrated ability and readiness to successfully lead in businesses and/or functions that require high degrees of cross-organizational interaction and collaboration
Demonstrated experience of managing delivery of 3rd party partner organisations
Excellent leadership skills; Experienced in developing, motivating, and managing high-performing international teams across cultures and geographies
Promotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversity, high integrity, and ethical behavior
Strong methodological, problem-solving and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network
Business knowledge of the SaaS and IaaS markets, including a deep understanding of SAPs Cloud portfolio and offerings, along with market insights and competitive knowledge
Understanding of Commercial Contracts, Back to Back Agreements and the ability to participate in commercial discussions
Demonstrated experience in leading/participating in change initiatives at a regional or global level
Fluent in English spoken and written
Result-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure
Ability to communicate at C-/Executive-level (with high attention to detail)
Degree in business administration or applied sciences desirable
ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework
