Senior Associate, Product Manager - Bank Modernization

As a Product Manager focusing on Bank Modernization you will be reimagining our Consumer Bank to create game-changing customer experiences and business outcomes. You will build platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale. You will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for future platforms that will power real-time, intelligent capabilities and enable the Bank to ship products at devastating speed. We have a long journey ahead and are excited to bring on inquisitive, strategic, thought leaders to build our future bank.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Philadelphia, PA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
