Job responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and support campaign objectives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign workflows and address any operational issues that arise.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data and analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign plans and performance for senior stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Desired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Direct experience in marketing campaign management or operations.
- Experience working in a B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer) environment, with an understanding of how to engage both corporate clients and end consumers, is an advantage.
