Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in one of the Nordics languages and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
Experience with online marketing strategy and tactics.
Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and brand marketing.
Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
