Role Overview
As a Salesforce Health Cloud engineer you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications. The role involves learning and applying best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. You need to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in Salesforce eco-system.
Primary Responsibilities
Development: Support the design and development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions under the guidance of senior managers.
Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components including technical configurations in Care plan, Patient 360, Payer management , Task Management, Care co-ordination of Salesforce health cloud.
Integration: Actively involve for integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party application.
Testing: Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Health Cloud issues.
Learning and Development: Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
User Training: Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.
Required Experience and Skills:
8+ years of experience in IT implementation and successful delivery of large projects.
3 +years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and proven track record of successful salesforce implementation, integration over API, configurations & Customization.
Hands-on experience in Apex, including the ability to write triggers, and proficiency in Lightning Components (LWC) is mandatory. Experience with Visualforce, LWR , Flow, Aura, and Salesforce Einstein would be plus.
Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud applications, including Care Plan, Patient 360, Payer Management, Care Coordination, Task Management, Einstein Analytics for Healthcare, and Health Timelines, is a plus.
Salesforce Health Cloud certification is preferable.
Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Skilled at looking into the problems and designing effective fixes.
Exposure in Java script Type Script are preferrable.
Pharma domain experience is nice to have.
Should have proper attitude to learn and adopt new technologies.
Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
