Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment or marketing role.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently, to work with external customers in the Polish market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships and influence with C-level executives.
- Knowledge of the CPG/Finance/Automotive Poland market ecosystem.
- Understanding of media businesses and management operations.
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about YouTube and it's ads solutions, along with exposure in performance solutions.
