Software Engineer III

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience in software engineering or related area.

Experience designing and implementing JavaScript for the integration of alerting tools with service API endpoints. Experience triaging site-impacting production issues by quantifying impact, severity and urgency, analyzing systems for quick remediation, and engaging the right teams for recovery. Experience with scripting and software development for automation and self-healing of multi-cloud environments using Python, Java, and JavaScript objected-oriented programming languages. Experience monitoring solutions to increase visibility into day-to-day operations and issues utilizing Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Graphite, New Relic and Open-Source Monitoring Systems. Experience with Relational Database Management Systems including MySQL, JDBC, and Oracle GoldenGate. Experience developing workflows for widespread internal communications for cloud applications support. Experience working on Unix and Linux environments including system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols. Experience troubleshooting using network operations skills.
