Create and maintain various types of training outputs, from instructor-led materials to web-based trainings to provide exceptional training offering required for managers, checkers, and other specialised roles.
Assist with training assessments and identify training needs for complex policy and non-regulatory changes.
Work with business partners and stakeholders for various changes to design training curricula and materials, selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.
Support delivery on Book of Work projects through training design and implementation.
Ensure that staff is equipped with the requisite process knowledge to perform to operational management standards.
Ensure all learning events are tracked via GLMS and generate meaningful and user-friendly MIS.

Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in training design and development is a must.
2 to 3 years Operations/ back-office experience in Banking industry is desirable.
Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, attention detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment.
Flexible with global working hours, on need basis.
