As the TA IBM Consulting APAC Geo Delivery Leader & Philippines Delivery Leader, you will be accountable for managing the delivery of end to end fulfillment of all APAC IBM Consulting Hiring Demand, Professional and Assoicate levels, including strategy & execution and program design and implementation.
You will partner with your TA colleagues, Clients and Workforce leaders on the hiring demand and with the Recruiting Managers to determine the strategy for each search. You will have direct accountability for the leadership, performance and development of the Philippines delivery team and APAC Geo TA team in support of your Consulting clients. You will manage local and regional stakeholders, including global clients and build relationships with HR Country leaders, VPs and select Executives.
1. Strategic Hiring Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive delivery strategy for all hiring requirements across the region, including demand forecasting, team sizing, project timelines, and key deliverables.
2. Industry Trend Analysis: Act as a key liaison with the business to comprehend and articulate trends that significantly influence hiring strategies, ensuring our talent acquisition approach remains agile and effective.
5. TA Team Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for aligned recruiters
8. Stakeholder Management: Regularly update Business Unit Leaders on hiring status, manager escalations and communication effectively, maintaining transparency and accountability.
9. Performance Metrics: Establish and track performance KPIs, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes to drive continuous improvement and optimize hiring effectiveness.
10. Data Quality and Process Compliance: Guarantee high data quality standards and maintain adherence to established hiring processes, ensuring smooth operations and reliable reporting.
· 5 - 10 years of recruiting delivery experience
· 2+ years leading complex functions
2+ years Consulting Industry experience
· Exceptional business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
· Present information in a clear, compelling way
· At least 3 years of experience in managing business relationships, consulting senior business leaders
· High attention to detail and strong time management and project management skills
· People management experience
