• Design electronics hardware for motion systems including motors and complex assemblies
• Complete schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing
• Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to innovative product designs
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and customer teams to meet project goals
• Balance innovation with cost, manufacturability, and time-to-market
• Troubleshoot and debug prototypes using advanced instrumentation and soldering techniques
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Engage with customers to understand and translate needs into product features

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in electronic hardware design
• Proficiency in PCB layout tools and electrical design fundamentals
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to operate in a global and local environment
• Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and independent problem solving

• High energy, collaborative team player with strong sense of urgency

• Experience with motion system control or embedded hardware platforms
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for cost

• Experience in cross functional disciplines e.g. software, firmware, or mechanical
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement
• High energy, urgency, and a hands-on approach to building early prototypes
• Business acumen and sensitivity to market value creation
