What will you do:
Direct responsibility for the organization's day-to-day commercial operations including Commercial Strategy & Realisation, CLT Governance, Human Health Digital & Data Analytics Partnership, Compliance and Business Operations.
Commercial Strategy & Realisation : Working with the Country Leadership team, develop and implement short-term and long-term company strategy and objectives covering areas such as multi-year resource prioritization, launch excellence, go-to-market models and field team productivity.
CLT Governance: Partnering with country Managing Director and CLT, facilitate preparation and execution of business reviews and discussions
HHDDA Partnership: Develop shared vision and objectives with HHDDA partners encompassing holistic business needs in the market, while supporting HHDDA’s capability & talent development
Key connector to both the regional and global CoD network
Compliance: lead the compliance team to continue to embed compliance into day to day business practices as well as simplifying and streamlining process and ensure company compliance policies and processes are managed and adhered to
Business Operations: Oversee external Meeting Management, Customer Service working with wholesalers, and Learning and Development working with HR.
What should you have:
5 years' experience in a sales and marketing management role
Relevant Bachelor's degree qualification or higher. Desired: Graduate Business Degree (MBA) with Marketing concentration
Experience developing a holistic multi-year business strategy
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to deliver and act upon relevant business insights
Learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
Skilled strategic thinker with demonstrable expertise
Intellectual curiosity
Demonstrated successful commercial track record, strong business acumen
High level of organisational awareness, networking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all levels of the organization, across divisions, and relevant external parties.
Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues in a global, matrixed environment
Digital and data savviness
Entrepreneurial, commercially savvy
Comfort working with ambiguity, and competing priorities and timelines
Experience executing innovation and experimentation that add value to the organisation
Demonstrated understanding of our business, pharmaceutical business preferred
Ability to listen and learn quickly
