Job Description:

You will join the Consumer Financial Services team, reporting to the Senior Director Consumer Financial services in Southern Europe.

As our Consumer Financial Services Analyst,you will play a key part in monitoring the performance of our consumer financial products, driving data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless coordination between product teams and business units.You will also support the Southern Europe Consumer Financial services team by leading regional initiatives to improve and expand our product offering.


Your Day-to-Day

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Conduct monthly performance reviews of our consumer financial products.

  • Track key financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights into product performance and customer behavior.

  • Support data-driven decision-making through forecasting, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reports.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Manage and coordinate key projects related to product performance, regulatory changes, and business expansion.

  • Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met across different markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between product teams and business units, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.

  • Work closely with local teams in France, Italy,Spainand Portugal to adapt strategies to market needs.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to improve efficiency and decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a data-driven role.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.

  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one of French, Italian, or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
