Role Title:Change Management Lead

Thefunction, part of theFinance Chief Operating Office (COO), provides independent assessments of key regulatory and management reports, as well as the underlying report production processes. The team ensures completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, standards, and procedures—finding areas of non-adherence and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Within QATV, theTesting Execution & Strategic Delivery (TESD) Teamis responsible for:

  • Driving change management initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness
  • Monitoring and providing oversight of key transformation initiatives across QATV
  • Leading and supporting cross-functional projects aligned with QATV’s strategic goals
  • Developing executive-level reporting, insights, and communications to support leadership decisions

About the Role

The Change Management Lead will partner with the TESD Lead to assess and oversee change management initiatives within QATV. This role involves facilitating change management discussions, guiding stakeholders in project scoping initiatives, and designing a structured change management process with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Strategy & Execution
    • Designs & Oversees CM Processes – Develops, implements, and standardizes change management (CM) frameworks and workflows.
    • Leads Governance & Approvals – Facilitates Intake Review Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with finance policies and procedures.
    • Aligns Change Initiatives with Roadmap – Tracks and manages active change projects, ensuring alignment with the finance roadmap and prompt execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
    • Manages Stakeholder Communication – Provides regular updates to leadership and key teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Develops CM Documentation – Creates and maintains SOPs, process flows, playbooks, and reporting tools/templates for consistency.
    • Conducts Training & Change Readiness – Prepares QATV teams for process changes through structured training and ongoing support.
  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
    • Provides Project Management Guidance – Supports QATV Strategic Initiative Leads with training, templates, and best practices for project planning and execution.
    • Drives Continuous Improvement – Regularly refines CM processes based on feedback, regulatory updates, and performance metrics.
    • Identifies & Mitigates Risks – Proactively addresses CM Program risks related to finance, compliance, operations, and changes in process.

Required Experience:

  • Transformation & Consulting Leadership: 10–15+ years in management consulting or leading transformation within a large financial institution.
  • Program & Project Management: 6+ years of experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: 4+ years of direct management experience, including hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to scope, structure, and execute transformation programs, define roadmaps, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Change & Stakeholder Management: Expertise in change management, stakeholder alignment, and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Decision-Making & Risk Management: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and mitigate risks effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (Visio or equivalent).
  • Leadership & Coaching: Skilled in empowering and developing transformation teams.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Roadmap & Change Management: Experienced in leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively find and mitigate roadblocks to transformation success.
  • Analytical & Automation Exposure: Background in root cause analysis, business case development, and familiarity with automation, AI, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SharePoint Design).

Nice to Haves:

  • Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management .
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial institutions to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Masters degree preferred

Please Note: This is a hybrid position that requires working 3 days per week onsite at our New Castle, DE location. Relocation assistance is not provided.
