Conducting 3D-Scan/Measurements of assemblies and single parts.
Creation or modification of measurement programs and report according to drawing or requests
Choose the correct equipment for the task, to meet the expectations from the requesting engineer under consideration of access-, space- and time- constraints and accuracy requirements.
Setup measurement equipment adequately to achieve the desired measurement. This includes the setup of the measurement equipment e.g. 3D-Laser-Arm or Laser Tracker as well as the Measurement table, a fixture, or the configuration of the Cube.
Create free state measurement setups, e.g. for single part measurements without a fixture.
Setup and Level measurement equipment, e.g. ring gauges, fixtures and cubes including the MSA & Gauge R&R
Repeatability & Capability studies for parts, assemblies, and processes
Liaise with Engineering and Manufacturing functions to understand measurement requirement for special investigations
Collaboration on the improvement of new measurement methods, work processes and quality of work
