Responsibilities of this role may include:
Leading projects, change delivery, and associate readiness for Bank Servicing
Designing, developing, and managing initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Leading associates across multiple job families; coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of attracting, developing, and retaining talent at Capital One
Building and maintaining great relationships with partners and stakeholders including - front line leaders, product and tech organization - to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
Representing Bank Servicing, across all levels of the organization and with external partners by leveraging strong leadership presence and communication skills
Staying informed of industry advancements and industry best practices
Leading process reinvention strategies with largely horizontal impacts
Serving as subject matter expert on process improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 7 years of experience in Process Management
At least 7 years of experience in People Management
At least 4 years of experience in Strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Process or Project Management certification (such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) or Business Management certification
9+ years of experience in Process Management
9+ years of experience in People Management
