Your Role and Responsibilities
Our organization leads the service that undertakes not only planning and planning by consulting or delivery based on SOW, but also from planning to its execution. Sometimes we take measures such as M&A as a structural reform of IT departments or IT subsidiaries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- We will verify hypothetical issues and formulate solutions through interviews and surveys of the clientâs upper management in the IT department and the delivery site.
- The candidate will also collaborate with solution teams, delivery teams, and leaders of IBMâs AMS services and other offerings to formulate and propose solutions as a means of resolving the issues. Participate in the post-proposal contract negotiation phase.
- Participate in and lead the implementation of the transformation measures after the contract is signed, and participate in and promote the establishment of various transformation measures and delivery systems/processes as a consultant.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
ăťIT process consulting skills and experience in IT strategy planning, IT structural reform, ITIL, etc.
ăťExperience in proposal and start-up phase of IT services
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in leading, proposing, launching, and delivering long-term, large-scale projects such as outsourcing.
- Communication skills to control customer expectations (sufficient work experience required)
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferable, as cooperation with global clients is expected)
