Senior Manager, Product Management, Agentic AI Platform

As a Manager, Product Manager on the Agentic AI Experiences product team, you will be the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and innovation. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to define requirements and deliver high value solutions to the enterprise.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision for the Agentic AI platform and user experience.

  • Work closely with partner teams to define requirements and measures of success.

  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes.

  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.

  • Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams.

  • Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.

  • Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments.

  • Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital One’s mission, and your team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management

Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
