Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrateshighly complex software functions for Honeywell Next Generation AvionicsDisplays & Graphics within Honeywell. You will be instrumental indesigning, planning and coordinating work teams, as well as providing technicalsupport. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
-Minimum of 8 years experience in Display & Graphics or Avionics
-Understanding various software development lifecycle
-Significant relevant experience, particularly operating within an Agile framework
-Proficiency in C/C++, Python and/or Open GL
-Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
-Experience with Avionics standards, including A661/A664 standard for aircraft cockpit displays and DO-178C certification compliance
-Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
-Advanced communication skills
-Wide degree of creativity and latitude
-Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
-Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
-Ability to consistently make timely decisions in the face of technical complexity, balancing analysis with bias for action
