Support the West Region’s CRA processes and internal coordination to ensure strong execution in achieving regulatory priorities.
Manage a portfolio of nonprofit partners and a specific geography as assigned within the Regional Plans.
Support project management and implementation in partnership with the Regional Leader and Market Managers.
Support the West Region in leveraging Citi businesses and their respective products to benefit the communities in which Citi operates.
Contribute to performance context by documenting and processing community development activities and coordinating internal CRA processes, including tracking, and verifying community development (CD) services
Represent Citi as directed at partner convenings, community meetings and other internal and external opportunities.
Maintain an understanding of Citi risk and controls policies and procedures and work with CID Operations and Finance team to ensure required process and reporting for Community Relations is executed.
Job Skills:
5-8+ years of experience in community relations, nonprofit management, or financial services; familiarity with CRA a plus.
Experience consulting and collaborating with senior leaders in various functional areas and working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes.
Strong project management and presentation skills with ability to simultaneously facilitate the work of multiple teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to distill and explain complex concepts.
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
