Manage company attendance systems (Maccano + Hibob), including procedure implementation, reporting, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling 161 forms.
Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.
Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with pension insurance agents.
Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions – mandatory.
1-4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a high-tech company with over 300 employees.
Proficiency in Hilan system – advantage.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, including tax and social security laws.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
