Directly reports to the Sr Dir Supply management & Planning processes , Global Supply Chain TAPI
Monitor and accurately report on supply related status & performance.
Manage ad-hock projects to streamline process improvement in the markets, work with all stockholders on supply risks and execute recovery strategies where required.
Organize and /or host regular meetings of the Global Supply Chain routines, including ad-hoc meetings for problem resolution, Support enablement of business opportunities and commercial initiatives.
Develop planning and proactive supply risk assessment skills with team members and site planners.
Escalate Supply challenges (Short/Medium- and long-term planning horizon) to minimize risk for supply shortages and ensure stable and fluent supply adherence
Support Global allocations - supporting the global team and Commercial regional lead, while promoting regional prioritization
Perform monthly governance routines with the site Supply Chain leads to optimize production and supply plans to support sales and maximize service • Support operational improvement initiatives with TAPI stakeholders • Coordinates the various data requests (Reports, analysis, dash boards) • Facilitate steering committees with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to enable information flow, decision making and provide transparency. • Collaborate with TAPI LT Members; contribute for continuous improvement processes and enhancement of governance structure.
Support TAPI planning processes - S&OP, AOP, Inventory and write/off activities as required.
Your experience and qualifications
Pertinent professional education: master's degree in relevant field of study required.
5+ years of professional experience in different areas of Pharma Supply Chain, operations, business intelligence, strategic development, or equivalent
Strong operational experience including Site Supply Chain is essential, API experience is an advantage.
End to end process mapping and definition/improvement, ability to present to managers, peers, and stakeholders with "big picture", its implication and draw clear action plan and next steps, Problem solver by nature.
Strong influencer and motivator for stakeholders' engagement without direct authority, executive maturity
