Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+years in Product Management with hands-on experiencebuilding and shipping features in at-scale products or services.

• Experience developing and/orproductizingML-powered features.
• Experience working on games, gaming experiencesorother parts of thegamingstack.
• Ability tothink strategically andenvision future possibilitiesin the ever-evolving landscape of AI, and able to translate that vision into an execution plan.
• Proventrack recordof execution/delivery for product efforts that span multiple teams.
• Ability to lead through influence, work across teams at scale, and effectively engage and influence teams and leaders.
• Ability to handle high ambiguity,creating clarity for self and team. Solid problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication and presentation skills (e.g., strategy and requirement docs; presenting to leadership, partners, and customers).
• Demonstrates high EQ, navigates challenges gracefully andoptimizesfor collective success(over individual success).
