In this role you will be responsible for:
·Leading and managing the deployment and adoption of Checkmarx products by strategic customers in Europe
·Managing multiple strategic accounts (in email, telephone calls and on-site visits) and ensure their satisfaction
·Understand and formalize customer requests, needs, requirements and escalations
·Work closely with Product management, R&D, technical support teams and professional services. Coordinate and be responsible for successful on-time delivery
·Maintain a broad knowledge base across all Checkmarx products and services
·Introduce and demo new products and features
·Make recommendations for solution implementations based on customer’s technical requirements
Required qualifications:
4-6 years of experience as Strategic CSM or similar positions
Technical Expertise
o Application security testing
o (Secure) Development knowledge
o Programming language knowledge (at least 1)
o Working knowledge of CI/CD tools
o Working knowledge of SCM tools
o Working knowledge of APIs
Communication
o Confident written /spoken English
o Confident working within a multi-cultural organization
General
o Experience in managing large/complex projects
o Organization skills
o Expert in time management and self motivation
Desired qualifications:
o Previous work experience with Gainsight is a plus
