DVC VR team has a requirement for a Project Manager who can lead and execute the projects being run globally across all the 7 verticals. With the existing PM team fully occupied we need an additional person to take over the new projects.

This position is for a IT Project Manager. Candidate will be responisble to interact with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly the status in a perodic manner. He/she needs to co-ordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. He/she needs to ensure all the projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget. He/she needs to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. He/she needs to ensure resource availability and allocation. He/she needs to develop a detailed project plan to track progress. He/she needs to use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. He/she needs to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and perform risk management to minimize project risks. He/she needs to establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders. He/she needs to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements

Project Management expertise of 5+ years with overall experience 8PMP Certification

Agile/Scrum Certification

Excellent Communication Skills

Knowledge of Project Management tools like Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, JIRA

Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector with technical background. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good knowledge on reporting tools and publishing Dashboards. Safe certification and knowledge on safe methodology of project execution is preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

2+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
