Your role:
•Creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.
•Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching service orders for service engineers and resources
•Acting as the single person of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional matter (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation)
•Creating, communicating and confirming customer maintenance plan(s) for preventive maintenance aligned with contract and maintenance requirements
•Forecasting, planning, analyzing and monitoring service execution for workforce utilization and preventive maintenance.

1.Experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services,
2. University Degree,
3. Fluency in English and Arabic,
4. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, Power Point, Word)
5. Experience with case management systems and related tools
6. Able to work from Sundays to Thursdays, as you will be supporting our customers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
