The SuccessFactors Talent Management consultant role will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Talent Management modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning and Compensation Management. This role requires proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external Time Management integrations. Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise– At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in projects involving different SAP SuccessFactor modules in a large organization and be aware of the challenges faced by different teams in coming up with an integrated enterprise wide solution. – Has experience as SAP SF functional experience specializing in design and configuration of DF Learning modules – Has experience in SAP SuccessFactor full project lifecycle. |
