Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will dive deep into our fulfillment network, understand complex processes and channel your insights to build large scale deep learning and GenAI models (LLMs) that will be able to understand the state of our buildings and work with our warehouse teams to help identify and mitigate safety risks.You will face a high level of research ambiguity and problems that require creative, ambitious, and inventive solutions. You will work with and in a team of applied scientists to solve cutting edge problems going beyond the published state of the art that will drive transformative change on a truly global scale.A day in the life1. - PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
- 1+ years of building models for business application experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience working with large language models and generative AI

- Experience in professional software development
- Experience working with large language models and generative AI in a production environment
- Experience with reinforcement learning & optimization
- Experience with finetuning LLMs and foundation models
- Expertise with causal reasoning
