Job Details
Responsibilities:
- System & Tool Management: Maintain and optimize the recruiting tech stack to enhance efficiency and support the employee experience. This includes:
- Identifying and addressing areas for enhancement. Evaluating, implementing, and maintaining recruiting tools, ATS system and analytics platforms
- Partnering with internal teams and vendors to optimize system integrations and ensure data flow across platforms
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and industry best practices
- Process Design & Optimization: Develop and refine recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline both internal workflows and the candidate experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ensure adoption, maintain governance, and hold teams accountable while analyzing recruiting data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align recruiting strategies with overall business objectives and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Oversee the documentation and maintenance of processes, ensuring all resources are organized and easily accessible on our knowledge platform. This includes regularly updating content, managing resource libraries, and implementing best practices for information management to support team efficiency and productivity.
- Live Enablement Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for live enablement experiences in partnership with the Global Recruiting Enablement Team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Recruiting Operations or a related field
- Proficiency in pulling reports, analyzing data, documenting metrics, and identifying trends
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and adept at handling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting
- Proficiency across the Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.), Slack, and Smartsheets for team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in recruiting systems and tools (Workday, GoodTime, HackerRank)
- Ability to switch between tactical and strategic mindsets
- Can work independently with some direction and coaching
