What a typical day looks like:

• Perform complex engineering processes, checkouts, and development engineering tasks.

• Analyze engineering process results and implements changes to resolve problems.

• Collect data, analyze results, and implement procedures.

• Analyze indicated and calculated process results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives and modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications.

• Record procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or test method.

• Maintain software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operationalspecifications.

• Assist engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required to rework customer products per their specifications.

• Train operators on products, processes, and equipment.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Perform set-up of processing equipment.

• Minimum 2 year degree in technical field

• BGA experience preferred

• Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators.

• Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
