What you'll do...
As , you will be responsible for growing membership by building a best-in-class acquisition experiences across organic, paid and partnership channels.
How you'll make an impact:- Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs
Along your way, you'll report to a Director of Product Management.
Experience in growth product management at a B2C company . Skills across
- Onboarding, Activation, Funnel and Landing Page optimization
- Experimentation design and implementation
- Strategies and tactics across upsell, cross-sell, conversion.
- CRM strategies across email, notification, nudges, and in-product
- In-product virality; Referral programs
Plus, 2 years of experience leading a team of product managers.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
