What you’ll do
Be the voice of the customer – Collaborate directly with clients and partners to identify business challenges and transform into actionable product requirements for reporting and analytics platform.
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business value and organizational strategy.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high quality, user friendly and scalable product features.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
Stay current with market trends, new technologies and best practices in analytics and incentive management.
Facilitate the consistent gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related discipline
3-5 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS enterprise software
Proven track record of successfully delivering data products or analytics solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Proficiency in agile methodology and project management techniques
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Experience leading agile software development and scrum methodology
