As Flywire continues to scale the business in China, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Relationship Manager to work in our Global Agents Team. This position will be in the Education Agent Team (China) and focus on the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase user growth, support existing clients, improve retention, identify opportunities for improvement, develop local agent networks, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure EDU Agents understand Flywire’s platform.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Flywire Agents team to liaise and build relationships with crucial points of contact in China.
- Assist and consult on strategic plans for each potential agent partner to maximize user utilization and growth.
- Become an expert user of the Flywire Agent Platform
- Assist and manage on-boarding process for new agents and partners (f2f or virtual.)
- Present products and services to agents and partners in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.
- Organize materials and attend events and expos where Flywire is present.
- Provide support to existing agents and partners. Be the ‘go to’ person in country for inquiries and questions.
- Work with agents and partners to increase payer utilization.
- Maintain effective communications across multiple offices.
- Identify new opportunities and work closely with Senior Leadership globally to identify and execute strategies in China.
The role will report to the Relationship Manager Lead - China East Region
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years or more of experience in International Education China outbound.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient presentation skills and ability to address all levels including senior executives.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
- Problem solving and project management skills.
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Experience in the higher education industry (helpful).
- Salesforce experience (a plus).
